TSMC Eyes China
According to DigiTimes TSMC is evaluating the possibility of putting an advanced fab in China.
TSMC has always held to the strategy of keeping its fabs in Taiwan with two exceptions – a j.v. 8″ inch fab with Altera in Washington State and an 8″ fab in China.
