Reference frequency oscillator
Reference oscillator is used to generate reference frequency and can work at the 1st or the 3rd harmonic of quartz resonator.
Overview
Reference oscillator is used to generate reference frequency and can work at the 1st or the 3rd harmonic of quartz resonator. Operating frequency is defined by external quartz resonator and external component values. Output peak-to-peak limitation system is used to reduce current
consumption. Output resonant circuit is used to select the 2nd or 3rd harmonic.
The block is fabricated on iHP SiGe BiCMOS 0.25 um (SGB25V) technology.
