Overview

H.264/AVC is a video compression/decompression Standard standardized by ISO/IEC in 2003, and since then, it has been used in a wide range of fields including digital cameras, surveillance cameras, and broadcasting equipment. Nowadays, in order to downsize the equipment, reduce the costs, and consider the environment, there is a need for smaller encoders and decoders with low power consumption.

TMC has developed a compact, low-power encoder/decoder that maintains high image quality and performance.
