Overview

The IKAIKA45GTX is the first generation of UCIe-Class transmitter macro on GF 45SPCLO technology node supporting from 1 to 32Gbps with 800mVpp single ended.

Supporting up to 25mm channel on organic substrate, IKAIKA45GTX is ideal to connect directly compute SoC to photonic transceivers for new panel level packaging, reducing complexity and overall cost.

  • Built-In Pre-Emphasis: Improves link margin and signal integrity in lossy or lower-quality package assemblies.
