Overview

The IKAIKA45GRX is the first generation of UCIe-Class receiver macro on GF 45SPCLO technology node supporting from 1 to 32Gbps with 70mV sensitivity.

Supporting up to 25mm channel on organic substrate, IKAIKA45GRX is ideal to connect directly compute SoC to photonic transceivers for new panel level packaging, reducing complexity and overall cost.
