Weebit Nano Q4 FY26 Activities Update
Weebit Nano expands licensing agreements with key customers; three customer chip designs taped-out to-date

July 31, 2026 – Weebit Nano Ltd (ASX: WBT, Weebit or Company) provides this activity report for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q4 FY26), along with the Company’s Appendix 4C cash flow report.
Weebit Nano CEO Coby Hanoch said: “Weebit Nano has had another productive quarter as we expanded our licensing agreements with key customers, progressed the transfer of our IP to Texas Instruments and onsemi, secured an additional $15 million from existing shareholders, and had three customers successfully tape-out chip designs embedded with our ReRAM, one already demonstrating a functional prototype running software. One of our three main targets for 2026, customer chip design tape-out is a significant achievement on the path to the most important milestone for any new semiconductor technology – mass production of a first product.
“Multiple customer tape-outs further validate the maturity of our ReRAM and its readiness for volume production. As these commercial product designs continue to progress through manufacturing, testing and qualification, it increases the urgency for other foundries and Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) to add our IP to their offerings. It also significantly reduces the risk profile for product companies looking to integrate our ReRAM into their next-generation designs.

“Growth across the semiconductor industry has accelerated over the past year with revenue now expecting to surpass the US$1 trillion mark in 2026 – a milestone previously set for 2030! Strong semiconductor demand has created capacity and resource constraints across the industry with many foundries and IDMs struggling to meet customer demand, allocating all their attention and fab capacity to revenue-generating customer wafers. This is extending timelines for evaluating and adopting new technologies, resulting in some delays in securing new licensing agreements. Despite temporary delays, demand continues to grow for our ReRAM IP, and it is clear in our discussions with fabs that ReRAM is viewed as a key technology moving forward. We continue to progress engagements with top foundries and IDMs alongside expanding relationships with existing customers.”
Expanded agreements with key customers
Weebit Nano has expanded its licensing agreements with key customers to include additional technologies, products and domains. As engagement with customers progresses, they are seeing the potential of ReRAM and requesting to initiate activities with additional business units and product teams. Expanded commercial agreements with existing customers are an important market validation, sending a strong message to other foundries and IDMs about the capability and suitability of Weebit’s technology.
Three product customer tape-outs
Weebit Nano achieved a key 2026 milestone with three product customers successfully taped out (released to manufacturing) chip designs embedded with Weebit ReRAM intended for eventual mass production. Product applications include smart battery management systems and cybersecurity. One of these designs already has chips back from the fab and initial tests show it is fully functional and can run software. All three designs will undergo further testing and product qualification, ahead of mass production – a process which can take 12-18 months.

Tech transfer to onsemi and Texas Instruments
Technology transfer of Weebit’s ReRAM IP to leading analog semiconductor suppliers Texas Instruments (TI) and onsemi is progressing to schedule. TI is a Tier-1 IDM and a major supplier to the automotive sector with over 80,000 products and more than 100,000 customers. Following tape-out and qualification, Weebit ReRAM will be integrated into TI’s advanced nodes for embedded processing semiconductors.
The qualification process will soon commence at onsemi, following extensive testing of demo chips manufactured at onsemi’s 300mm U.S. production fab. Weebit ReRAM is being integrated in onsemi’s Treo platform – a 65nm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process for intelligent power and sensing solutions for the automotive, industrial and AI data centre markets.
Secured $15 million
During the quarter, Weebit raised A$15 million via a well-supported and scaled-back Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to existing shareholders at $4.05 per share. The SPP follows successful institutional placements to Australian and Israeli investors totalling $87 million on the same terms, bringing total funds raised to A$102 million. Proceeds are being used to enhance Weebit’s leading ReRAM technology, accelerate scale-up and commercialisation activities, and fast-track the development and delivery of AI offerings.
Customer engagements
Weebit Nano is continuing to progress technical evaluations and commercial discussions with multiple foundries and IDMs. While the industry recognises ReRAM as the leading replacement for embedded flash in nextgeneration applications, and Weebit has not encountered a fab uninterested in ReRAM, semiconductor undercapacity has temporarily delayed new licensing agreements with foundries and IDMs, who are very focused on capitalising on these revenue-generating opportunities.
Q4 FY26 was a busy period for Weebit Nano with the team attending and presenting at multiple industry conferences and trade shows. During the quarter, Weebit participated in EDGE AI London, PCIM Expo in Nuremberg, the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) European Executive Forum in Munich, CEA-Leti's LID World Summit 2026 in France, ChipEx in Israel, and the International Memory Workshop (IMW) in Belgium.
Patents
Weebit Nano was granted three new patents during the quarter, further strengthening the Company’s intellectual property portfolio. New patents cover a method for manufacturing an OxRAM-type resistive memory cell designed to improve cell endurance as well as a new memory-cell architecture that enables reduced array size and improved management of selector variability. The patents reinforce Weebit’s technological differentiation in ReRAM cell performance, architecture and manufacturing.
Financials
Quarterly customer cash receipts were A$3.4 million in Q4 FY26, comprising licensing fees and non-recurring engineering (NRE). In July, the Company upgraded revenue guidance to at least A$13.5 million for the 2026 fiscal year. Weebit expects revenues to grow over FY27 as new licensing and design agreements are signed, alongside milestone-based payments from existing customers.
R&D expenses for the quarter were A$4.6 million while payments to related parties, including fees paid to Directors and the CEO’s payroll costs, totaled A$434,000. Weebit Nano is well-funded to execute on its growth strategy with a strong cash balance of A$167 million as at 30 June 2026.
