INCIRT Announces Availability of Its PLL Series in the GlobalFoundries (GF) GlobalSolutions™ Ecosystem
July 13, 2026 - INCIRT today announced that its general-purpose PLL Series is now available in the GlobalFoundries (GF) GlobalSolutions™ ecosystem IP Catalog. The series includes three ultra-low-jitter, low-power PLLs operating across frequency bands from 3 GHz to 12.5 GHz.
The PLLs are optimized for area, power, and jitter, with performance verified in silicon. They are available now on GF’s low-power 22nm and FDX™ technologies.
The PLLs are part of INCIRT’s Foundation IP portfolio. This portfolio was developed during the design and prototyping of INCIRT’s proprietary Fourier Domain DAC technology. This technology unlocks step-change improvements in modulation bandwidth and efficiency for digital and hybrid beamforming solutions for SatCom space and earth terminals.
