BOS Semiconductors Appoints Former Tenstorrent and AMD Executive David Bennett as Strategic Advisor
Global AI and Semiconductor Business Leader to Accelerate Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships
May 27, 2026 -- BOS Semiconductors announced today the appointment of David Bennett as Strategic Advisor, strengthening the company’s global business expansion and AI market strategy.
David Bennett is a globally recognized technology executive with extensive experience in AI, semiconductors, and international business leadership. He is currently CEO and Co-founder of ai&, a vertically integrated AI data centers based in Japan. Prior to founding ai&, David served as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at AI semiconductor company Tenstorrent, where he led global go-to-market strategy, customer engineering, customer success, and commercialization efforts for AI accelerators and RISC-V CPUs.
During his tenure, Tenstorrent secured a $700 million Series D funding round and rapidly expanded its customer base through strategic partnerships with major global companies. He played a key role in scaling the company’s market presence and commercial operations in the rapidly growing AI semiconductor industry.
Prior to Tenstorrent, David Bennett held senior executive leadership positions including President of Lenovo Japan, CEO of NEC Personal Computers, and Corporate Vice President at AMD. Across these roles, he led multi-billion-dollar businesses, drove international sales growth, and built strong partnerships across Asia and global markets.
Known for his expertise in global business development, GTM execution, and strategic market expansion, David Bennett is expected to contribute significantly to BOS Semiconductors’ global customer engagement and strategic partnerships, particularly in AI and automotive semiconductor markets.
