Dolphin Integration receives TSMC's Open Innovation Platform 2014 Partner of the Year Award for Specialty IP
San Jose, USA and Grenoble, France – October 13, 2014 -- Dolphin Integration, provider of logic and mixed-signal IP components, has received TSMC’s 2014 Award for the Open Innovation Platform's Partner of the Year in the category of Specialty IP components.
“Dolphin Integration regularly enriches our ecosystem with a large range of specialty and mainstream IP,” said Suk Lee, TSMC Senior Director, Design Infrastructure, Marketing Division. “This distinction recognizes their capability to provide high quality IP in our specific process variants.”
Relying on 30 years of experience, Dolphin Integration not only offers high-density and low-power optimized memory and standard cell libraries, but also IP components for voltage regulation enabling power efficient SoCs, and high resolution audio converters for voice control/record and audio playback. Thanks to its expertise, Dolphin Integration can meet the requirements of specific process variants such as HV, eFlash or BCD and provide specialty IP components.
“Dolphin Integration goes beyond providing a set of scattered IP components. Our offering provides all the elements needed for ‘Configured Subsystems’ with easy-to-use power domain control, unique guidelines for power management network assembly, and advanced views for EDA solutions enabling required new verifications,” said Gilles Depeyrot, Chief Technical Officer of Dolphin Integration.
These standard cell and memory libraries complemented with high performance converters, reusable power regulators and EDA solutions offer a consistent solution for addressing the low-power and high-density challenges of Dolphin Integration’s and TSMC’s users in mainstream and specific process variants.
