Overview
ACTT’s 2.4GHz WiFi6 and Bluetooth combo RF IP available in TSMC 22nm ULL process node. The radio IP is fully compliant with IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax (2.4GHz band only). The IP core works on a 0.9V supply. The RX and TX currents are optimized. The IP integrates the antenna switch, RF balun, power amplifier, low noise receive amplifier, filters, and power management modules. The radio provides best in class RX and TX metrics at highly optimized area and current.

Synopsys is now shipping support for Bluetooth® 5.4, the latest specification from the Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group). The enhancements in Bluetooth 5.4 will open additional markets and use cases. This is one of the many inflection points in the Bluetooth Low Energy market that will be discussed in this paper.
