Voltage & Current Reference Generator in TSMC 6/7nm FFC
The ODT-REF-6T is a reference current and voltage generator.
Overview
The ODT-REF-6T is a reference current and voltage generator. This block includes a VREF/R circuit to create programmable voltages and currents.
ODT-REF-6T requires a constant 0.6V voltage input (ideally derived from a bandgap) in order to generate the required signals. Programming capability exists for all currents and voltages, to allow for global process tuning. If different input voltages are required, please discuss with Omni Design.
The ODT-REF-6T is powered by a 1.8V analog supply and a 0.75V digital supply (which is only used for level shifting to the analog supply). Note that this block does not have its own bumps, and can share its supply with adjacent Omni IP. It does not contain ESD protection, and the highest metal layer is M8. Trim will be required across process corners.
