EN62020 can be interfaced with an array of ultra low-power biometric sensor front-ends for vital signs monitoring for healthcare and wearable applications. It is designed to be used alongside an edge processor or communication devices.

ENS62020 supports the accurate and reliable measurement of ECG, optical signals (PPG (HR), SpO2, Near InfraRed Spectroscopy, Fluorescent Glucose Sensing), temperature and differential capacitance

  • Two photodiode drivers and photodetector read outs
  • Two differential ECG sensor channels
  • One highly sensitive capacitive sensor channel
  • Temperature sensor with high resolution at medically relevant range
  • Integrated 15b resolution ADC, with integrated reference
  • Integrated power management with an operating voltage 1.2V to 3.6V, flexible IO voltage
  • Optional energy power harvesting from NFC
  • Low-power: ~10s µA / sensor. Configurable duty cycling, sample rate for further power savings
  • Digital controller for highly configurable sensor selection, duty cycling and scheduling
  • SPI interface to external host processor
  • Interrupts for data streaming and synchronisation
  • Local clock generation or clock from host
  • Supply voltage 1.1V core and 1.8V IO control
  • -40°C to 85°C ambient operation
  • 3.3 x 3.3mm die for flip-chip bumping
