Overview

802.11ah RF IP is a complete radio system for signal transmission and reception over wireless channels on the 863-928 MHz ISM frequency band. Its functionality complies with 802.11ah PHY specification, supporting long-range communication with configurable data rates. The IP is implemented using the FD-SOI22 process, rendering excellent performance and optimal power dissipation. Together with 802.11ah baseband, it can be easily integrated in an SoC system to enable wireless connectivity for customers.
