The B40NLL_NBIOT_TRX is a sub-1GHz (699MHz-960MHz) fully integrated transceiver specially designed for Narrow-band IOT applications. The device is comprised of RF frontend, Frac-N frequency synthesizer, LO chains, and analog baseband blocks. The receive path (RX) has high dynamic range and sensitivity. A zero-IF TX generates low EVM signals to drive the external power amplifier. The fully integrated Frac-N frequency synthesizer generates required low-phase-noise LO signals for TX and RX mixers.
B40NLL_NBIOT_TRX is developed with 40nm Low Leakage RF 1P7M process.
The supply voltage ranges from 2.8V to 3.6V. A 38.4MHz temperature controlled oscillator (TCXO) is used as a reference clock.
Sub-1GHz (699MHz-960MHz) fully integrated transceiver is a Sub-GHz ISM IP core from Brite Semiconductor listed on Semi IP Hub.
Engineers should review the overview, key features, supported foundries and nodes, maturity, deliverables, and provider information before shortlisting this Sub-GHz ISM IP.
Yes. Buyers can compare this product with similar semiconductor IP cores or IP families based on category, provider, process options, and structured technical specifications.
