High-performance reference current and voltage generator in TSMC 4nm CMOS
The ODT-REF-SV1P2_4nm is a high-performance reference current and voltage generator.
Overview
The ODT-REF-SV1P2_4nm is a high-performance reference current and voltage generator. The block incorporates a proprietary architecture to achieve high power supply rejection across an ultra-wide bandwidth, which is needed for high-speed data converter applications.
The ODT-REF-SV1P2_4nm is powered by a 1.2V analog supply and a 0.75V digital supply. It has multiple current and voltage outputs that can be used by other Omni IP (such as ADCs and DACs), and it has trimmable voltages and currents. It can be configured to either be enabled via the SoC or to start up automatically once the 1.2V supply is available.
