GSMC 0.18um 1.8v Ring Oscillator
Overview
The present IP is a Ring Oscillator. Its power supply is 1.8v ±10% and the output frequency CLK is about 40 MHz. The frequency can be fairly accurate (±5%) after tuned by TUNE [4:0] for process variation compensation. TUNE [4:0] can be set in OTP/E2PROM/eFlash at wafer level or chip level testing.
