Hua Hong Semiconductor Cooperates with MindMotion to Develop IP Platform Targeting IoT Smart Hardware

April 5, 2016 -- Hong Kong -- Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited ("Hua Hong Semiconductor" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; stock code: 1347.HK), a global leading pure-play 200mm foundry, announced today that the company has expanded close cooperation with the domestic leading customization and application solution service provider of Smart Hardware Chips, Shanghai MindMotion Microelectronics Co., Ltd. ("MindMotion"; stock code: 833448), over the IP platform development targeting IoT smart hardware, to help customers to simplify design procedures and accelerate time-to-market.

According to the cooperation plan, Hua Hong Semiconductor and MindMotion will develop the IoT smart hardware IP platform together and commit to the promotion and application of the platform as well. Meanwhile, MindMotion will provide versatile IP solution services for the platform customers. Based on different process nodes of Hua Hong Semiconductor, the two companies will also deliver complete solution of multiple analog IP and MCU over customers’ application.
