Elliptic Continues Leadership in Quality Management - Upgrades to ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Elliptic Technologies is pleased to announce that it has upgraded its ISO quality certification to the new ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standard in its latest audit by QAS on July 28, 2009. Elliptic retains its leadership position in quality management and is the only vendor in its peer group to achieve this certification.
ISO 9001:2008 covers all aspects of the company’s operations from product development to sales and support. By meeting this upgraded standard, Elliptic further demonstrates a commitment to provide customers with the highest quality products and world-class support.
The independent assessment is based on the monitoring of development processes, release processes and the capture of customer requirements in a precise, repeatable manner. The assessment also verified that the quality system is effective, consistent, and facilitates continual improvement.
