Codasip Hires IP Industry Veteran Chris Jones as Vice President of Marketing
Brno, Czech Republic – October 16th 2017 – Codasip, the leading supplier of RISC-V® embedded CPU cores, today announced that Chris Jones has joined as Vice President of Marketing, reporting to CEO Karel Masařík.

Jones was most recently Group Director of Product Marketing and Business Operations for the Tensilica business unit within the IP Group at Cadence Design Systems. He officially assumed his role at Codasip on October 1st.

During his 13 years at Tensilica (acquired by Cadence in 2013), Jones held various product marketing and business operations leadership positions. Prior to Tensilica, he worked in engineering and business development at NEC Electronics and Philips Semiconductors. He has a BSE from Tulane University.
