Aura Semiconductor Announces Vcore Power Technology Transaction with onsemi
Ningbo, China – September 24, 2025 – Ningbo Aura Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“Aurasemi”) today announced that it has entered into a technology transfer agreement with onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) covering its Vcore power technologies, including associated intellectual property (IP) licenses. Under the agreement, onsemi will acquire rights to sell products incorporating Aurasemi’s technologies and intellectual property outside China, while Aurasemi will continue to focus on serving the Chinese Vcore Power market.
This strategic licensing arrangement reflects the global recognition of Aurasemi’s innovation in power management and provides a framework that allows both companies to address the growing demands of AI data center and high-performance computing markets worldwide.
