Arteris Network on Chip Reaches New Milestones in 2010 with 9 New Customers and First Year of Cash Flow Positive Operations

6 of the top 10 semiconductor companies worldwide have deployed its Network on Chip and Interchip Link IP products

SUNNYVALE, California – March 9, 2011 – Arteris Inc., the inventor and leading supplier of network-on-chip (NoC) interconnect IP solutions, today announced that it closed 2010 with cash-flow positive operations for the first time, due to increasing customer adoption, growing revenues and shipments of FlexNoC™,  the Company’s second generation network on chip interconnect IP platform.  Arteris was also profitable on an accounting basis in fourth quarter of 2010. 

The successful year was highlighted by six of the top ten world-wide semiconductor companies choosing to deploy Arteris NoC technology in their SoC designs through calendar year 2010.
