The DTI PVT Controller/Sensor is used to measure the Temperature, Voltage and Process speed in silicon for the current PVT conditions.

  • Supports multiple sensors (Up to 8 sensors. Request Dolphin support if the number of sensors > 8)
  • Analog voltages monitoring
  • Voltage monitor range: 0-1V or 0-2V
  • Synchronize between APB clock domain and core clock domain
  • 9-bit successive approximation DAC
  • Uncalibrated accuracy of +/- 3C
  • Single point calibration achieves +/- 1C accuracy over a range of +/-50C around the calibration temperature
  • Double point calibration achieves +/- 1C accuracy
  • Analog sensor size of 68.7u x 54.6u
  • Digital controller size: ~20k cells
  • All TSMC nodes from 65nm to 3nm is supported for PVT sensor
