Power Driver and Switch - High Voltage (30V), Load up to 20mA - X-FAB 0.35µm
This macro-cell is a general purpose power driver and switch core designed for X-FAB 0.35μm XH035 CMOS technology.
Overview
This macro-cell is a general purpose power driver and switch core designed for X-FAB 0.35μm XH035 CMOS technology.
The circuit includes two cells that can be independently configured as power current source or power driver/switch. Each cell consist of an open drain NMOS transistor capable of delivering 20mA to an output load and of standing up to 30V at its drain. Short-circuit protection and over-current detection features are present.
The core is easily retargeted to any other CMOS technology due to its MOSFET-only architecture.
