Overview

This macro-cell is a general purpose linear voltage regulator core designed for X-FAB 0.35μm XH035 CMOS technology.

The circuit generates a 3.3V output voltage from an unregulated input voltage ranging from 5V to 30V. It features short circuit protection and 5mA output current capability. It is best biased using the CM1511ae (combo voltage/current reference).

The core is easily retargeted to any other CMOS technology with R-poly devices.
