This IP is an inductorless DC/DC converter (charge pump) that provides a stable and configurable output voltage VOC (from 4.8V to 5.5V) for loads up to 20mA.
It is designed to work from 3MHz clock circuit and features limitation of in-rush current and power saving mode.
This IP uses external flying capacitors to supply maximum load.
