150mA Buck Converter - SilTerra 0.18um BCD
This block is a 150mA, synchronous step-down integrated buck DC-DC converter IP core designed for SilTerra D18V (0.18μm BCD).
Overview
This block is a 150mA, synchronous step-down integrated buck DC-DC converter IP core designed for SilTerra D18V (0.18μm BCD).
The converter compensation and rectifier switches are integrated. It operates in PWM (current control mode) for heavy loads and has a PFM mode for light loads, improving its efficiency.
It also features power good indicator, over-current protection (at start-up and cycle-by-cycle), and the option to have an external reference.
