The ATO00128X8CA180L333NA is organized as a 128-bit by 8 one-time programmable (OTP).This is a kind of non-volatile memory fabricated in CanSemi 0.18um CMOS Logic Process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

  • Low voltage:1.8V+/-10% core voltage and 1.8V-1.98V program voltage.
  • High speed: 10us program time per bit, and 200ns read cycle time per byte
