Temperature Sensor with 10Bit Digital output on SMIC 40nm
The present IP is a high accuracy and integrated temperature sensor.
Overview
The present IP is a high accuracy and highly integrated temperature sensor. It consists of analog front-end (TS_FE) and back-end (SDADC). TS_FE is to generate the temp dependence voltage (VBE or ΔVBE), and then SDADC converts the voltage to one 10bit digital code.
