Temperature Sensor with 10Bit Digital output on SMIC 40nm

The present IP is a high accuracy and integrated temperature sensor.

Overview

The present IP is a high accuracy and highly integrated temperature sensor. It consists of analog front-end (TS_FE) and back-end (SDADC). TS_FE is to generate the temp dependence voltage (VBE or ΔVBE), and then SDADC converts the voltage to one 10bit digital code.

Key features

  • Support external analog voltage test mode
  • Supply voltage: VDD33: 2.5/3.6±10%; VDD: 1.1±10%
  • Temperature resolution: 0.5°C
  • Temperature sense accuracy after calibration: ±3°C
  • Process Node: SMIC 40nm Low Leakage Process
  • Operation Temperature: Tj = -40℃ ~ +125℃
