Moortec Deliver High Performance Transmit Mixer/AGC for UWB Applications
Plymouth, UK - 28th August 2008 - Moortec deliver a high frequency (9GHz) mixer with high linearity for an Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless application. The design is silicon proven on a 0.18um BiCMOS process.
Moortec, established in 2005, provides high quality analogue and mixed-signal cells for system on chip (SoC) semiconductor devices, thereby enabling quick and efficient time to market for customers.
