We'll probably never see the 'ParthusCeva Inside' logo on our mobile phones, but the firm's new CEO is doing all he can see to it that digital signal processing chips found in consumer electronics are designed by ParthusCeva engineers. On the job for just over a month, ParthusCeva boss Chet Silvestri spoke face to face with Matthew Clark.
