eInfochips Introduces Rapid Prototyping Board for Texas Instruments DaVinci Technology
Ahmedabad, India, (Nov 28, 2006): eInfochips, a leading chip and product design services firm with "spec-to-silicon-to-system" capabilities today announced the availability of the DVPB – a DaVinci™ Prototyping Board. The DVPB features all commonly used video system peripheral interfaces and thus enable OEMs/ODMs to go-to-market quickly by reducing their hardware design cycle. The board is targeted for streaming media applications like Smart IP Camera, Network Video Server, Video Conferencing Systems and more. eInfochips will be demonstrating DVPB at their booth # E5 at forthcoming Texas Instruments Developers Conference being held from 30th Nov to 1st Dec in Bangalore.eInfochips already has strong presence in USA (Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, Texas, Boston, MA) and Europe and plans to further enter markets like Korea and Taiwan in south east Asia..
The DVPB is a small foot-print board ideal for rapid prototyping. It will be bundled with a boot-loader and software utilities so that customers can quickly re-target their applications on to DVPB. The board features peripheral interfaces for audio./video I/O, ethernet, USB, SD, ATA, VLYNQ and others interfaces such as RS232, RS485 and GPIO.
