Creonic First FEC IP Core Provider to Receive ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Kaiserslautern, Germany, July 24 2013 - Creonic GmbH, a leading provider of IP cores in the field of forward error correction (FEC), announced today that it has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for the design of microelectronic circuits and designs. It is one of the first IP core providers to achieve ISO 9001 certification and the first provider in the field of forward error correction.
The standard ensures that organizations are continuously striving to satisfy and exceed customers' quality expectations. The Creonic quality management system was independently audited and recognized as being in conformity with ISO 9001:2008.
