Intellitech Corporation is a leading provider of tools for scan-based electronic design verification, silicon debug, and test. Intellitech was incorporated in 1994 and is privately held. Intellitech is headquartered in Durham, New Hampshire, with a sales and service office located in Mountain View, California, Ottawa Canada and Munich Germany. Intellitech has served a distinguished customer list of electronic systems OEMs for more than a decade. The management team consists of two leading experts in Design-for-Test (DFT) at the IC, PCB and System level and an experienced CFO from the electronics industry. They collectively represent about 55 years of experience in designing hardware, managing engineering development teams and implementing DFT.
