Overview

The BLE5SUBGT40ULP RF IP is designed for TSMC 40nm ULP Process. It is a cost-effective low power dual-band communication sub-system. It integrates TX /RX Radio (Sub-GHz, Bluetooth® 5 and 2.4GHz proprietary solutions), 802.15.4g compliant PHY and low level MAC. BLE5SUBGT40ULP supports multiple Sub-GHz frequency bands and 2.4 GHz. The optimize modulation provide the good sensitivity in Sub-GHz and BLE 5.0 solution. The long range mode in Sub-GHz can transfer data over 2KM.
