Digital Core Design increases its presence in India
April 6, 2005 - Bytom, Poland and Bangalore, India – Dexcel Electronics Designs signed an agreement to offer Digital Core Design's VHDL and Verilog synthesizable IP cores in India.
Dexcel Electronics Designs (Dexcel) is in the business of design, development & innovation of embedded software & hardware products for global customers. “Our services span system level architecture design & implementation to module level design, verification, validation and testing. Our specialised group that optimises algorithms on various DSP platforms and also creates RTL code of the same for FPGAs or ASICs provides us the cutting edge in addressing media conversion and cryptography related projects. Dexcel's pool of high quality, reliable and skilled engineering talent is an excellent resource for a range of embedded development services covering both hardware and software.
Thanks to signing the agreement with Digital Core Design, we will be able to use in our design services and offer our customers silicon proven IP cores with a leading combination of high performance and quality, low power, and small die size. DCD’s easy product licensing and customization, as well as fast responsive support of experienced engineers will allow us to provide our customers with additional values and enable them significantly reduce time-to-market.” – said Amit Sinha, CEO of Dexcel Electronics Designs.
Digital Core Design offers the most advanced and technology independent IP cores. Easy integration of these cores, along with the robust third party development and software tools, provide perfect solutions for System On-Chip, ASIC, FPGA, and system designs.
“Succeeded in Eastern Asia last years, now we are aming at increase our presence in other fast developing Asian countries like India. In my opinion Dexcel Electronics Designs, with its experience in electronic design, development and implementation of embedded software and hardware, is the partner allowing both sides benefiting from win-win co-operation. Our agreement covers not only distribution of the Digital Core Design IP cores, including 8051, 8390 and PIC microcontrollers, peripherals and successful DoCDTM Debug System, but also providing support and marketing activities in India.” - said Jacek Hanke, President of Digital Core Design.
