Overview

LIGHT is a RF IP supporting general modulation modes on 433MHz~510MHz band. The IP is designed to support 3.3V operation voltage with SMIC 55nm process. On-Chip balun is integrated in order to save die area. Besides parallel AD/DA interface, a Slave Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) is used as connection to baseband or external MCU.
