WiLAN Enters into Settlement and License Agreement with Texas Instruments
OTTAWA, CANADA-- Feb. 26, 2015 - WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that the company's subsidiary, MCU Clocking Solutions, Inc., has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Texas Instruments Incorporated ("Texas Instruments"). The license relates to patented microcontroller technology. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
The consideration to be paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
