(TCI), a leading provider of semiconductor analog and mixed-signal intellectual property (IP) announced today that it has licensed its low power, high multiplication IoT PLL to Shanghai SiFlower Communications Technology Co, Ltd. (SiFlower) for use in its industry-leading IoT chips and solutions.
