Patriot Scientific (PTSC) Files Additional Patent Infringement Lawsuits

-- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC - News) announced today that the company has filed additional lawsuits against Fujitsu (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California - Case number C 03 5787 WDB), Toshiba (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York - Case number 03 CV 10180 (DAB) and NEC (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Central Islip Branch - Case number 03 CV 6432 (JS)) in an effort to protect its patent rights relating to Patent No. 5,809,336 - "High Performance Microprocessor Having Variable Speed System Clock".

"These actions coupled with the filing of a lawsuit against Sony on December 22, 2003 represent the beginning of a significantly expanding effort to protect the rights of the PTSC microprocessor patent portfolio," stated Jeff Wallin, president and CEO of PTSC.

The initial filings are seeking damages in excess of several hundred million dollars.
