Cycuity Welcomes Semiconductor Industry Veteran Bill Reaves to Board of Directors

SAN JOSE, Calif. – September 3, 2025 – Cycuity, Inc., a leader in hardware security solutions, today announced the appointment of Bill Reaves, a seasoned semiconductor executive with more than four decades of technical and leadership experience, to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025.

Reaves recently retired as Vice President of Central Engineering Operations at Marvell, where he oversaw global initiatives in emulation, system modeling, SDL (Security Development Lifecycle), third-party intellectual property (3PIP), research and development collaboration, and mergers and acquisitions integration, among others. Prior to Marvell, Reaves spent over two decades at Intel, where he held leadership positions that encompassed flash memory technology, pre-silicon verification, post-silicon validation, and custom processor development. His career has been marked by extensive international experience in Asia and Israel, where he led teams and catalyzed engineering and product innovation in collaboration with global partners.
