Axis Systems Responds to IKOS' Patent Infringement Complaint
Sunnyvale, Calif. - February 9, 2001 - Axis Systems, Inc. learned yesterday that it has been sued for patent infringement by IKOS Systems Inc. Axis has not received a copy of the complaint.
"Since we have not seen the complaint," said Mike Tsai, CEO and founder of Axis, "we cannot comment on the patents or allegations at issue.
