AMIRIX Chosen to Join Xilinx's Diamond 3rd Party Design Center Program
HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA - November 20, 2001 - AMIRIX Systems Inc. announced today that they have been invited to become a certified member of Xilinx's Diamond 3rd Party Design Center Program, a premier version of Xilinx's XPERTS Partner program which focuses on Platform FPGA design.
With the advent of platform-based designs, Xilinx recognized the need to expand its program to include an elite network of global turnkey design services providers that can address complete, system-level integration, thereby helping customers take full advantage of Xilinx's next generation Virtex-II Platform FPGAs. System architects and designers now have easy access to leading certified design centers with expertise in Virtex-II Platform solutions like DSP, high speed system interfaces, and embedded hard and soft processors.
