WinStream is a silicon IP provider focusing on DSP Cores, Building Blocks, and Low-power Std. Cell Libraries. For DSP Cores, we offer silicon-proven and FPGA-ready 16-bit and 24-bit integer scalar designs that are fully instruction compatible to the ADSP-218X with enhanced features like an additional set of I, M, L registers for the Data Address Generators, MIN & MAX instructions, and hooks for additional banks of Register File as well as user-defined instructions. For Building Blocks, we offer silicon-proven world's fastest multipliers and MACs. We also provide services of designed custom building blocks, like ALU, Multiplier/MAC, FFT/IFFT/, DCT/IDCT blocks based on customer's specifications. For Std. Cell Libraries, we offer design and silicon-proven low-power libraries for TSMC 0.25um and UMC 0.35um & 0.25um logic processes. We also provide services to custom-build Std. Cell Library of customer-specified process and operating voltage range. In addition, we also offer turn-key Library Characterization services.
