12-bit, 4 GSPS High Performance IQ ADC in GF22FDX
The ODT-ADS-12B4GIQ-GF22FDX is an ultra high-performance, time-interleaved, dual channel ADC designed in a 22nm process.
Overview
The ODT-ADS-12B4GIQ-GF22FDX is an ultra high-performance, time-interleaved, dual channel ADC designed in a 22nm process.
This 12-bit, 4GSPS dual channel ADCs supports input signals up to Nyquist rate and features a differential full-scale range of 0.8V(p-p) and excellent static and dynamic performance.
The ADC architecture is optimized to maximize performance while minimizing power and area consumption. The ADC input is internally buffered and then distributed to time-interleaved ADC channels.
The dual channel ADCsinclude built in background and foreground calibration to remove time interleaving artifacts, including offset mismatch, gain mismatch and timing skew.
To maximize SNR, the ADCs include an ultra-lowjitter clock distribution network with aperture jitter of 50fsrms.
