Vidatronic Continues Expansion with New Office in Austin, Texas
January 12, 2018 -- Vidatronic, a leader in power-management circuit design and intellectual property licensing, is continuing its expansion with a newly signed lease that will mark the opening of a new office location in Austin, Texas.
“The rapid growth of Vidatronic in the last year has greatly increased our need for more space for our operations. Our recent expansion into Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore as well as our existing presence across the United States and in Egypt has us operating at a truly global scale,” says Stephen Nolan, Vice President of Sales and Business Development. “It is with great enthusiasm that we are filling the new offices in Austin with additional talented engineers that will continue to contribute to our growth and success.”
Vidatronic’s power-management intellectual property (IP) circuits are designed for integration into application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and systems on a chip (SoCs). The company has patented, industry-leading technologies and features that allow customers to reduce required board area and cost, while maintaining desired low-noise and low quiescent-current performance in a variety of applications, from consumer electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) to high-end enterprise communications equipment and servers.
At the beginning of August 2017, Vidatronic announced their involvement in the design of the power management and other analog and mixed-signal solutions for AMD for use in their latest processor products, including the award-winning AMD Ryzen and EPYC families of processors. Vidatronic’s continued work with AMD, among some of the world’s other largest semiconductor companies, will keep Vidatronic on the path to continued rapid growth.
