Tablet Processor Sales Fell in 1Q15

LONDON — The market for application processors for tablet computers fell 6 percent in 1Q15 compared with the same quarter a year before, according to Strategy Analytics.
The tablet application processor market was only worth a seventh of the smartphone application processor market in 1Q15 at $733 million, which represented a decline in value of 6 percent year-on-year, Strategy Analytics said.
