HCLTech partners with Dolphin Semiconductor to develop energy-efficient chips for IoT and data center applications

NEW YORK and NOIDA, India, December 8, 2025 — HCLTech, a leading global technology company, today announced a strategic partnership with Dolphin Semiconductor, a pioneer in low-power semiconductor IP, to co-develop energy-efficient chips.
