Low-Speed 40KHz RC oscillator on SMIC 40nm
The present IP is a low speed and low powerinternal RC oscillator circuit.
Overview
The present IP is a low speed and low powerinternal RC oscillator circuit. The center frequency of the OSC is 40 kHz, it contains 5-bit trim to adjust frequency range. This oscillator works well at the power supply range of 2.25V~3.63V. And it can output clock to VCORE domain and VDD33 domain (VCORE is for the digital part).
Key features
- Support 3bit bias current trimming
- Support 3bit frequency calibration
- Supply voltage: VDD33=3.3v/VCORE=1.1v
- Output frequency: 40kHz (typ after calibration)
- Process: SMIC40LL Process
- Operation Temperature: Tj = -40℃ ~ +125℃
