Pixel processor - High Image Quality Super Resolution

The SR2000 series IPs are silicon-proven, super resolution designs for smart display.

Overview

The SR2000 series IPs are silicon-proven, super resolution designs for smart display. Currently consisting of SR2000L, SR2000 and SR2000H, this series enables transfer of low-resolution sources to reduce bandwidth, while allowing high quality and high resolution to be displayed at the edge. In addition to high performance, low power consumption, and small silicon footprint, SR2000 series offers robust pixel processing features and can perform detail enhancement without changing the color and saturation. With these features, SR2000 series is well suited for a range of applications, including consumer electronics, gaming, data centers, surveillance, and healthcare.

SR2000 series can work in memory-to-memory mode, streaming mode, and mixed mode. In memory-to-memory mode, SR2000 series IPs can be flexibly inserted in a pixel processing data path by sharing the frame buffer with other IPs. In streaming mode, SR2000 series IPs can be embedded in a pixel processing pipeline, without the need of input and output DRAM buffer.

SR2000 series IPs are designed for easy SoC integration. They come with a lightweight, easy-to-use software stack, and are compatible with Android, RTOS, and any flavor of Linux system.
