Overview
CT21103 is a specialized DCDC boost charger designed to transfer, with the highest efficiency, the energy collected by the majority of DC energy harvesting transducers. It can work with supply voltage as low as 0.4V.
Best startup operations can be achieved by proper selection of two external capacitors. Maximum Peak Power Tracking (MPPT) strategies can be realized by means of an internal or external resistor ladder and an external capacitor.
Key features
- Input Voltage Range: 0.3V to 5.5V
- Input Impedance Range: 2Ω to 100KΩ
- Analog MPPT
- Programmable output voltage upto 5.5V
- Max Output Current 30mA
